Today is our last day of luxury. We leave for Mongolia tomorrow, it will take about 4-5 days to get there. Tonight I changed up my dinner from the normal chicken and rice I’ve had for lunch and dinner for a week and went to chicken soup and then tuna and rice. It was more food than I’m used to and am very happy. We will see how it goes, but we will be camping from here out for quite some time so maybe even no internet for a few weeks close to a month. Both of us are excited to continue the trip and move on.
